As a direct result of the recent obscenity laws and the pursuit of our government to completely dismantle the adult entertainment industry, we have begun the tedious process of self censoring this site.
What has become apparent these last few months is that the government has determined that the BDSM lifestyle is not moral and all of the educational material on this site may be subjected to the obscenity laws based on the nature of the material being sadistic and masochistic. Although we do not agree with this concept and stand firmly that this site is merely a source of information for those who want to learn more about the lifestyle we do not have the means to defend ourselves should we fall into the category as many other adult material related sites have.
Essentially we are being forced to go completely underground with our lifestyles. As a fetish BDSM site we are in the hot seat so to speak in the “War on Porn”
This essentially causes an uproar in the community at large but within the world we have worked very hard to create initially – we are now recreating ourselves with censoring in order to protect the lifestyle and interests as a whole that we live and love.
With this being said – please understand that new guidelines will be posted regarding material and photographs which will be posted on this site in the future.

September 22. the US attorney General Alberto Gonzales, The Department of Justice and the FBI announced that any website hosted in the US that has content containing "bestiality, urination, defecation, as well as sadistic and masochistic behaviour" should be forewarned that obscenity prosecutions is possible. Additionally, Federal sentencing guidelines state that any obscenity-related punishment should be "enhanced for sadomasochistic material". Click here to read the "Law"
Midori, an author who teaches classes on bondage, has removed her website BeautyBound.com citing fear of obscenity prosecution. The SM site www.mrsdungeon.com now ask their members to remove all pictures showing genital SM-activity from their personal profiles.
If you love your lifestyle and want to maintain the freedom you have become accustom to support the Free Speech Coalition and the The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, which have challenged lawsuits against the Justice Department and the Communications Decency Act, respectively.

Google Rebuffs Feds on Search Requests
Google has decided not to comply with the White House subpoena for search records of numerous users. The White House claims that this is to reinstate the chold pornography laws - however Google feels as though the compliance with this request is a direct violation of personal privacy of their users.
